£30,296 - £33,024 per annum
Honiton / Exmouth / Home Working subject to Worksmart policy

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Revenues and Benefits Support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of our Revenues and Benefits systems, as well as contributing to their long-term development.
In this interesting and varied role, you’ll undertake the following key responsibilities;
Run batch file updates such as Direct Debits, billing and recovery documents
Review current processes to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency
Complete Government returns and reconciliation
Build management reports and analyse data to inform decision-making
Test and implement new software releases, ensuring seamless integration
About you
To be successful in this role you’ll need;
Strong IT skills and previous experience in the use of excel and data extraction;
To be able to think logically and analyse and effectively communicate technical information;
Excellent problem solving skills and be able to demonstrate you can take ownership of issues;
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
