SalaryA client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Systems Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the Group Management Accountant, your key duties in this Systems Accountant role will include but are not limited to:
- Being the key contact for auditors for several group companies.
- Investigating and resolving audit queries.
- Producing annual statutory accounts.
- Reconciliation of statutory accounts to trial balance.
- Prepare and produce tax packs.
- Supporting group level accounting.
- Month end close support.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountancy qualified or part qualified
- Advance Excel skills.
- Experience with multi currencies.
- Previous experience of system implementation.
- Experience of statutory accounts.
- Audit background desirable.
