We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Systems and Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our diverse range of programs and projects.
As a Systems and Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Programme Manager to generate actionable insights across various programs and projects. Your primary responsibilities include enhancing visibility of project data, standardizing reporting across the project portfolio, and continuously improving reporting processes. You will play a key role in implementing, integrating, and troubleshooting computer-based information and software systems to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Interrogate and enhance visibility of project data.
- Standardize reporting across the project portfolio.
- Create reporting templates for uniform use across business units.
- Develop and automate reporting processes, utilizing tools like Power BI and Qlik.
Portfolio Management:
- Produce resource demand planning for informed decision-making.
- Compile Portfolio-level Project Status Reports.
- Promote the use of Primavera EPPM web for high-level project visibility.
Process Improvement and Training:
- Review and streamline existing processes for effective collaborations.
- Act as the focal point for first-line support and guidance on program and project management systems.
- Provide ongoing training and support to project personnel.
Data Integration and Software Systems:
- Implement and integrate API’s and systems in collaboration with IT and third-party providers.
- Administer program management systems, ensuring user security and Data integrity.
- Conduct testing for bug fixes and enhancements.
Collaboration and Compliance:
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Work with IT and Service Providers to stay current with system updates and patches.
Experience and qualifications needed:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and program/project management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
- Strong understanding of project controls and management tools.
- Experience with Primavera EPPM and similar project management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
