As a Systems Coordinator, you will assist in ensuring LHP’s register of assets are recorded and updated accordingly, with evidence of this being made readily available. Part of this process will involve the checking and processing of energy efficiency information and documentation, working closely with other members of the team to cover all three teams, Asset Systems, Planned and Estates to achieve this. The role will require attention to detail and excellent confident communication skills with customers, colleagues, and external parties.

Your attention to detail regarding analysing data is crucial within this role and the confidence in knowing that the work you are producing is correct at all stages. You will be assisting with the management of the register of assets within the asset management systems to identify and confirm which assets require valid EPC’s and stock condition surveys.

Your passion for data analysis will allow you to examine the asset management system to provide ad hoc reports for various departments within LHP, as well as data anomalies which will also include, data cleansing and updating the RdSap data held in the asset management system in line with improvements made to the stock through planned and responsive work.

We’re looking for someone who has excellent experience using Excel spreadsheets and has strong knowledge of complex formulas. You will possess the skills required to use Microsoft Office 365 applications and produce a range of documents to a high standard including mail merge and email merge.

You will have good communication skills and the confidence when speaking with customers, other teams and stakeholders. The ability to commit to exceptional service delivery while remaining customer focused is paramount.

We would especially welcome applications from those that have Power BI experience and a background of working within a property maintenance setting, with a sound understanding of the “as built” environment.
