We currently have a vacancy for a Takeaway Assistant to join our brand new Going Greek restaurant due to open at the beginning of July 2024 in Ilford.
Our restaurants are fashionable and popular with an excellent reputation. We serve authentic Greek street food at affordable prices keeping our clients returning time after time. As a member of the start-up team, it is imperative you have excellent customer service skills so that the new site has a successful launch in East London.

Key Responsibilities
- Clear and polite telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise orders in a timely fashion
- Deal with customer requests and queries
- Liaise with delivery partners and kitchen staff regarding food orders
Requirements
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Able to remain calm and organised during busy periods
- Great teamwork ethic
