Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client, based in Winchester, to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a full-time position, on a 12-month FTC, covering maternity leave.
Reporting into a knowledgeable Talent Manager, the main purpose of this role is to source and place graduates into this leading professional services business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively finding and recruiting 40-50 suitable graduates across 8 areas of the business.
- Maximising job boards and social media including LinkedIn.
- Building and maintaining strong in-house relationships.
- Arrange and facilitate assessment days.
- Creating and placing effective recruitment adverts.
- Understanding and using company systems.
Working within a fantastic HR Team and alongside an Internal Recruiter, you will be bringing your recruitment knowledge and expertise to help grow the business.
You will ideally have previous experience of recruiting graduates and be willing to learn and understand the business to attract the best talent. You will have experience building relationships with internal stakeholders.
In return, our client is offering a salary of between GBP40k - GBP42k D.O.E, as well as life assurance and some other fantastic benefits. This is a hybrid role where you will only need to attend the office 2 days a week!
