Our client, a well-established and dynamic company based in WorthingWorthing, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our client's values and goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to extending offers and onboardingonboarding.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and potential future hires.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
