Your new companyGrowing international digital transformation consultancy. Seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join the people team on a permanent basis. This is a brand-new role due to continued growth based in their offices in Altrincham.
Your new roleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the growing people services team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent in the Tech sector to support the company's growth. This role will involve supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn searches. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation who are committed to your professional development through ongoing support and coaching.
What you will need to succeed

• Experience in the end to end recruitment lifecycle
• Tech recruitment experience is essential
• Proficient at Boolean Searching and using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Punctuality, reliability and a clear commitment to your role
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
