FBC UK is a leading manufacturer in the UK. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Consulting with hiring managers on recruitment needs and selection criteria
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, job boards)
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
- Coordinating and conducting assessments and in-person interviews
- Negotiating and extending offers to successful candidates
- Onboarding new hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Developing and implementing employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Forecasting hiring needs and reporting on recruitment metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in the food manufacturing industry
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- A strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools and legislation
- A creative and proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates
- A flexible and adaptable attitude to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for biscuits and the food industry
