FBC UK was a match made in heaven, with two of the top UK biscuits manufacturers (Burton's Biscuits and Fox's Biscuits) coming together to create one unique, integrated company.
We are home to famous iconic brands, including Maryland, Fox's, Jammie Dodger & Rocky, to name just a few. We are proud manufacturing partners to some of the biggest UK retailers and household names. We bake our incredible biscuits at eight bakeries across the UK, located at Isle of Arran, Livingston, Blackpool, Llantarnam, Edinburgh, Kirkham, Batley & Dorset and our HQ in St Albans. Together, we employ circa 4,000 amazing colleagues across all our locations.

What does your typical day look like?
- Recruit for both blue and white-collar vacancies following our internal recruitment processes
- Collaborate with the team on projects and candidate sourcing
- Preparing and placing effective advertisements, ensuring they encourage diversity of applications
- Champion our employer branding by utilising different attraction methods across different tools and methods
- Work on key Talent Acquisition projects (employer branding, hiring manager workshops, university partnerships etc) from design to completion, alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Create strategic sourcing plans alongside hiring managers and HRBP’s
What are the key ingredients needs for the role?
- Experience of talent attraction and recruitment methodologies and strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle across different functions
- Demonstrable experience of competency based interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Proficient with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Digitally savvy and experience in pro-active and direct candidate sourcing using a variety of channels, tools and methods including ATS
- High appreciation of dealing with sensitive/confidential information and GDPR legislation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use research and data to measure and improve efficiencies and provide regular updates to the team
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- A DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) ambassador at heart and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to travel to our UK sites, and attend career fairs
