WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
ATTRACTION
Source candidates for temporary positions through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
ASSESSMENT
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with client needs
RECRUITMENT LIFECYCLE
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and client
PROCESS
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping track of candidate progress and interactions to facilitate efficient hiring processes
