Your new roleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the growing people services team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent in the Tech sector to support the company's growth. This role will involve supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn searches. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation who are committed to your professional development through ongoing support and coaching.
What you will need to succeed
- Experience in the end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Tech recruitment experience is essential
- Proficient at Boolean Searching and using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Punctuality, reliability and a clear commitment to your role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
