Overview
This individual is responsible for managing all aspects of interview booking for Team Talent. Collaborating with other Coordinators, Talent Partners, and line leaders to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience for all SJP (St. James’s Place) applicants. This individual will also play an integral part in the Client Liaison Recruitment initiative, liaising with line leaders and Talent Partners to ensure a seamless process for all in this space. This role supports the wider Talent Team within SJP and plays a key and critical role in coordinating behind the scenes activity.
What you will be doing:
- Scheduling candidate interviews for lateral hires, temporary workers, and contractors
- Managing Talent internal mailbox
- Managing Careers external mailbox
- Support Head of Interim Hires & Talent Operations Specialist on team project administration
- Admin responsibilities for internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Managing headcount requests and liaising with Talent Team on allocation of new roles
- Responsible for managing interview notes
- Updating and managing Internal Job Board
- Responsible for issuing/monitoring SQL Testing

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be flexible to meet individual and team goals
- Confident to proactively contact prospective candidates
- CIPD (L3) would be beneficial
- Employment Law knowledge is an advantage
- Experience of working within a Talent Function preferred (Agency or In-house)
- Experienced user of all Microsoft packages in particular diary management
