Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates utilising various sourcing techniques
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and constructive feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practises in talent acquisition
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 year's experience with Internal Talent Advisor or similar role
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role to be able to deliver training
