Internal Talent Advisor

My client is a well-established Engineering business and we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter to join their team in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter from either In-House, Talent Acquisition, or Agency environment to be an integral part of the Internal Recruitment team in a position that will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across a range of business functions.
This role will work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions to attract the best candidates.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of business functions
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
• Utilizing multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract top talent
• Conducting thorough phone and in-person interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Providing regular updates to hiring managers and the HR team on recruitment progress
• Using data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve the recruitment process

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a track record of nurturing & hiring top talent
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and employer branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience using recruitment software and tools, with a good understanding of data analysis and reporting

Summary
Position: Internal Recruitment Advisor
Location: Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000/yr
Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday
Start: Notice Dependant
