We are a boutique influencer management agency, currently a team of four. Established in 2022 with the representation of three creators, we've rapidly expanded our roster over the past two years to 28 creators. Glisten MGMT was founded by a content creator and cosmetic brand owner, seamlessly bridging the gap between worlds to forge impactful partnerships for creators and brands alike.
About You:
We seek a passionate and highly organised professional to join our dynamic team. Ideally, candidates have experience in beauty/lifestyle influencer management or brand PR. Alternatively, a background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. We seek a creative thinker with exceptional communication skills.
About the Role:
In the capacity of a Talent Assistant, you will assume a pivotal role in nurturing and advancing the careers of our creators. You will seek out brand campaigns for our full roster and hand them over to the creators direct manager once a campaign is on the cards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to brands on behalf of the entire creator roster to secure campaign opportunities.
- Utilise effective communication channels to pitch creators for potential collaborations with brands.
- Maintain a keen understanding of the brand preferences, campaign objectives, and target audience of each creator within the roster.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Managers to ensure seamless communication and handover of secured campaigns to the respective creators.
- Keep detailed records of outreach activities, campaign opportunities, and communication with brands for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for creator-brand partnerships.
- Occasionally travel to London for meetings, industry events, or client engagements as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Previous experience in talent management, Brand Outreach, or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to travel to London as needed.
Hours: Part Time. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-5.
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London and surrounding areas required.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
