Role Purpose
To support the wider talent team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried our efficiently and effectively, to ensure that all candidates and stakeholders experience an excellent service at all stages of the recruitment process.
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities
Supporting the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks including processing applications, job advertisements and other related tasks
Actively support social media campaigns and promote Pharmacy2U as an employer of choice
Undertaking candidate search via appropriate channels with a view to a high conversion of direct candidates vs agency
Supporting recruitment campaigns with scheduling pre-screen calls, interview bookings, onboarding plans, ensuring candidates, and hiring managers receive a seamless service
Ensuring that our ATS system is always up to date and that candidates are kept informed in a timely manner throughout the process
Assist the wider team with offers of employment including due diligence and reference checking
Support volume recruitment campaigns for customer care and clinical teams
Provide accurate, efficient, and timely administration of the whole recruitment process from start to finish
Ensure practical application of all internal policies and procedures and maintain strict adherence to appropriate employment laws and regulations including but not limited to GDPR and the Equal Opportunities Act
Participate in regular team meetings to support the team
Support the onboarding process and maintain contact with pending new starters
Knowledge, skills and experience required for role
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- IT literate (used applicant tracking systems, MS office suite and is quick to learn)
- Basic understanding of GDPR
- Confident in candidate search methods
- Demonstrates drive, initiative, and proactivity in role
- A professional demeanour and proud to be an advocate of the people team
- Forward thinking and up to date with social media and modern methods of attraction
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload and uses Outlook and central diary systems to ensure visibility across the team
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Displays a high level of accuracy when working under pressure
EXPERIENCE
- Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
- Experience in a recruitment role where excellence is the expectation
- Experience of working within company and ethical rules and regulations
- Experience of working in an environment that requires accuracy
KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
- Previous experience gained in a fast-paced recruitment function
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, ever changing recruitment function
