About Our Client
PageGroup are supporting a highly successful global manufacturing business based in Tamworth with the appointment of a Talent Development Officer to join the Learning and Development team, based in Tamworth and supporting with L&D globally.
This role offers hybrid working - 4 days in the Tamworth office and 1 day home working per week
Job Description
The role of Talent Development Officer reports to a Head of Learning and Development (L&D), this is an exciting and varied role, supporting with the full L&D life cycle globally.
This will include but not limited to:
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders and understand the training requirements
- Design innovative and creative training material
- Deliver a variety of training material to employees and managers around the business
- Support the administration of the LMS
- Support with global HR projects and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role. You will be a proven Learning and Development professional comfortable with the full L&D life cycle
