Job Description
Talent Management and Leadership Development Partner to:
- Re-kick start the organisations performance management, objective setting and conversations around performance.
- Lead on the development of a new performance management framework
- Project manage the development and implementation of a competency framework
- Build more comprehensive Talent Management approaches
- Design and implement ongoing programs to enhance manager skills
- Designing and implementing Talent Management strategies and programs
- Leading and managing Leadership Development initiatives
- Identifying and developing high-potential employees for succession planning.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues to align Talent Management with overall HR strategy
- Conducting talent reviews and providing recommendations for improvement
- Facilitating leadership training sessions and workshops
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of talent and Leadership program
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Management and Leadership Development Partner should have:
- Prior experience in Talent Management and Leadership Development.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively.
- Experience of designing and implementing Talent Management tools and processes.
- Experience of working with a global organisation to implement a performance management approach
