We’re on an exciting journey to redefine our Talent Acquisition! Join us as our UK Talent Acquisition Manager and help transform how we find exceptional talent. In this leadership role, you'll design and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies while managing a small team of TA Partners.
You'll also focus on sourcing and recruiting for senior roles within the business. Additionally, you'll actively bring the outside in by building strategic partnerships, championing diversity, and driving inclusion in all our hiring practices.
A bit about the role accountabilities:
- Develop Recruitment & Selection framework: Use data-driven insights to assess and redesign current recruitment processes, frameworks, and practices for ongoing improvement in Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance. Be ready to challenge our leaders on what great talent looks like!
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust senior talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and engaging with potential candidates.
- Diversity and External Partnerships: Champion diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices and establish strong external partnerships to enhance our recruitment efforts and broaden our talent pool.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Who we’re looking for:
Experience:
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful sourcing & recruitment strategies
- Experience in a range of recruiting methodologies, from mass recruitment, headhunting, executive search, early careers, commercial, operational, and technical recruitment.
Skills:
- Big picture thinker with the ability to strategize, connect the dots, anticipate and innovate
- Aptitude for utilizing data and analytics to assess recruitment metrics and optimize processes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Leadership traits:
- Customer love – bringing the voice of customers into everything we do and always looking for better ways to serve our customers

Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a day of your choice in the office and can work from home on two days, although but you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too. This role also requires a few travels per year to our UK Brewery and Cider sites (Manchester, Tadcaster and Hereford)
