Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship• Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligning with company goals• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs• Source, evaluate, and select qualified candidates through various channels• Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit• Collaborate with hiring managers for a seamless recruitment process• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification is a plus• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the events industry• Proven experience in leading and managing a recruitment team• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
