We are recruiting an experienced Rec-to-Rec for a role as Talent Acquisition Manager for an established London Tech search firm. A great chance to join an ambitious and rapidly expanding recruitment business within the UK and US markets. You will also have the opportunity to work at Partnership level alongside the Directors.
They require an experienced internal recruiter who is strategic and driven to source the best talent to grow their senior and junior recruitment teams. They have plans to grow their senior teams significantly over the next 12-24 months so experience sourcing senior hires will be essential. This role is purely focused on internal recruitment and staff retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing senior, junior and graduate recruiters, ideally within the Tech. and Finance spaces. They are also open to meeting candidates who have agency as well as in-house recruitment experience within the Tech or Finance sectors.
The role will require working closely with the business leaders to devise a long-term and data-driven hiring strategy, attracting and retaining top talent. You will have access to various technologies and online channels to market the company's internal roles as well as attending career and recruitment events. as well as working with the company directors to devise a long-term and data-driven hiring strategy.
You will also work closely with their marketing team to develop an effective internal recruitment campaign as well as manage the on-boarding process and training plans for future hires.
