Tax Senior

Time Appointments are delighted to be working alongside a modern accountancy based in Ipswich looking to bring a Tax Senior into their friendly team. Offering a progressive environment with the opportunity to grow within the business alongside study support, this would be an amazing opportunity for an individual with a wealth of Tax experience!

Duties:

• Prepare and review Self-Assessment tax returns including capital gains computations and preparation of schedules of income from property
• Liaise with clients to discuss outcomes of findings
• Monitor tax return preparation and payment of tax progress
• Draft tax planning advice
• Responsible for the management of own portfolio of clients
• Build strong working relationships clients over the phone, via email and occasionally face to face meetings
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling other services
• Occasionally represent the practice at networking events
• Carry out general administration tasks
• Provide assistance in terms of general and specific support to Partners and Managers as required

Requirements:

• Tax Advisor experience
• ATT qualification is preferred
• A strong client advocate, determined to achieve great client outcomes
• A problem solver with a resourceful, collaborative and analytical approach
• A personable, collaborative team player
