Responsibilities:
As a Tax Trainer, you will have a pivotal role in developing the next generation of tax professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering comprehensive tax training programs to nurture the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and trends to ensure our team members receive the most relevant and current education.
- Providing personalised coaching and mentorship to guide individuals in their tax career development.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in tax with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- CTA qualification desirable
- Extensive knowledge of current tax legislation and regulations.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for knowledge sharing and a commitment to professional development.
