Tax & Trust Solicitor

A reputable firm, with a strong presence in the Hull and York markets, is seeking an experienced lawyer with 7 years or more of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their busy and highly regarded Private Client team.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of Private Client work. The role will have a specific focus on:

• Drafting wills
• Managing probate matters
• Handling lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on estate planning
• Managing trusts

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in Private Client law, with a strong focus on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Private Client legal processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
