About the school and role:
A friendly and warm primary school located in the Rochdale area is seeking an engaging and dynamic Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. The ideal teacher will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a desire to work in KS1 Year 1. This school boasts a GOOD Ofsted report and are dedicated in providing a nurturing environment for all their pupils. The ideal candidate will join a cohesive and supportive team within the school that is very welcoming. Connveniently situated and offering accessible commuting options, the school welcomes both newly qualified and experienced teahers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students.
- Formulate your own ideas of how to deliver lessons and support.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status.
- Passion for teaching and motivating young learners.
- Positive role model for students, parents and the local community.
