TEACHER OF FRENCH (WITH SPANISH)
Term-Time Only, Permanent, Full-Time From September 2024
An inspirational and suitably-qualified TEACHER OF French is required to join this very successful department from September 2024. The successful applicant will be a qualified teacher with either a specialist or MFL related degree.
This is an opportunity for a passionate language teacher to make a genuine difference in the MFL department and to the progress of pupils. The successful applicant will teach both GCSE and A Level French. The ability to teach a GCSE Spanish class would be advantageous, but not essential.
At KS4, pupils study an MFL option as part of the core curriculum and numbers in both French and Spanish are very strong. French remains a strong language option at A Level and pupils benefit from a fantastic programme of enrichment to further enhance and support teaching.
The successful applicant will join a successful department, benefitting from a strong programme of enrichment, excellent resources, and a programme of MFL overseas trips.
The role would suit a recently qualified teacher, or someone with more classroom experience who would enjoy the challenge of joining a dynamic and successful department. The successful applicant will be a creative and passionate teacher who enjoys helping pupils of all abilities succeed.
