• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalised learning plans to maximize student achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the mathematics curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national standards and educational goals.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest educational research and best practices in mathematics teaching, integrating innovative teaching methods and technology into the classroom.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary or secondary level.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the mathematics curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for mathematics education.
