Required for April 2024 Teachers Pay Range: MPR / UPR (plus TLR2A - £3,214) (an enhanced role can be discussed for an excellent candidate) We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Science teacher, and Leader of STEM, to further strengthen our Science Faculty. Applications are invited from inspiring classroom practitioners who are dedicated to delivering our exciting science curriculum across all abilities at Key Stage 3 and 4 and who will build on our existing strong STEM provision to further engage students and develop the best scientists of the future. The successful candidate will be able to deliver exciting, innovative and engaging science lessons, ensuring students achieve their full potential. The candidate will also be passionate and dedicated to ensuring STEM provision across the academy is captivating for students, and also secure an increase in the number of girls who participate in STEM activities. Ormiston Meridian Academy is a thriving secondary academy in the south of the city, serving 11-16 year old students.
