We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Science who can deliver high-quality learning opportunities for our students across this key curriculum area. You will be joining a very passionate and effective team of 5 teachers and leaders who work collaboratively to implement a digital IB curriculum with carefully planned interdisciplinary links with other departments. The Science team is part of Turing College (STEM subjects) and works closely with all other departments, particularly Maths, PE and Technology to ensure they deliver a highly ambitious, global curriculum with cross-curricular links. About Leigh Academy Rainham: In September 2021, we opened our doors to the 180 founding students of our co educational comprehensive school for 11-18 year olds. Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2023, our Trust comprises 31 geographically organised academies (14 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating 20,000 students, and employing 3,000 talented staff.
