21.5 hours Term Time only (8:45am - 1:00pm)
Fixed-term contract attached to a specific child subject to external SEND funding
Tudor Grange Primary Academy – Meon Vale sits in the heart of a new housing development at Meon Vale and is a growing school.
We are looking to appoint a highly competent and enthusiastic individual who is a real team player to join our growing school community as soon as possible. This appointment will support a pupil with an EHCP for their educational, physical and personal needs. This includes one-to-one activities and in small groups. This appointment is a fixed term contract subject to SEND external funding or the pupil leaving the school.
The successful candidate will be required to support teaching staff in the delivery of a quality curriculum in line with the vision and ethos of the school. The role will require the successful candidate to be:
highly professional and be able to demonstrate their integrity
autonomous in their work, following all Academy policies, specifically in relation to safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality
enthusiastic and hardworking, and flexible in their approach
knowledgeable about the primary national curriculum
capable of supporting the delivery of an individualised curriculum to meet the requirements of the EHCP under the direction of the class teacher
capable to adapting activities, taking account of the interests of the pupil
excellent users of the English language both orally and in writing
committed to our children’s progress and success.
