Step Into Teaching is a graduate pre-teacher training programme that's designed to support graduates like you. We have partnered with a fantastic secondary school in Blackpool (FY3) and by working with us you could have the opportunity to gain long-term classroom experience within this school.
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll spend the majority of your time within the classroom supporting the students and teacher. The great thing is you'll have the opportunity to support across all lessons making no two days the same. We are looking for someone who is able to build fantastic relationships with others as well as being able to motivate and encourage others as this is a key part of this role. During this role, you will have the opportunity to do intervention sessions for students who need support the most. In these sessions, you'll be able to support students with their learning all while making them feel confident and passionate about their education.

- £20,852 - £22,360 (term time only)
- Full-Time 35-hour working week

- Hold a completed bachelor's degree (minimum 2:2)
