The school are seeking an engaging and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 2 team. Focusing on the whole child and making sure that each child is the best they can be, this school really is striving for outstanding in every area.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Teaching Assistant to make a difference to pupils lives and their experience of education. The successful Teaching Assistant will be required to work with small groups in year 5, delivering core subject interventions. You will assist the pupils in overcoming barriers to learning, building their confidence, and nurturing their development in the core subjects including English and mathematics.

Requirements
The desired KS2 Teaching assistant will have:

• Have experience of working in a KS2 classroom
• Have excellent behaviour management skills
• Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required.
