The School and Role
Our three-form entry large primary school set In the heart of Peel Hall within Wythenshawe are advertising for a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant. You will be tasked with being the key person for a Year 5 pupil. Supporting core subjects of Maths, English and Science by developing interventions that are fun, engaging and hooks the children in.
- Distribute and adapting learnning material that encourages children to learn.
- Knowledge of Key Stage 2 or confident withing this area.
- Communicate your own ideas of how to deliver your favourite topics.
- Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
- Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
Requirements
The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant you will require;
- Passion and drive to support children in education.
- Excellent communication and language skills.
- Desirable - recent experience working with children.
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals.
- Have a passion for Mental, Health and wellbeing with the ability to plan and deliver active, and hands on experiences for children.
- You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
