The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership has an exciting opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants to join our brand new development, Dunstall Park Primary School.
Dunstall Park Primary School is a brand new, one form entry school, opening September 2024. The school will open with a nursery and reception class, both of which are over subscribed. The school is located on the newly built estate of Dunstall Farm and is positioned on the outskirts of Tamworth town centre, close to Ventura Park. This is a new community with many residents moving to the estate from outside of Tamworth. Natalie Harris, Head of School, is very passionate about the school being the heart of this new community and, not only serving the children and their families, but also being the hub of the community.
We are looking for Level 3Teaching Assistants who want to play a key role in establishing a brand new school, and who go above and beyond to make a difference to the children.
We have the following positions available:
Nursery classroom:
Position 1 (mornings): 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 12.30pm
Position 2 (afternoons): 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday 11.30am – 3.30pm
Salary for both: £23,893 - £25,119 per annum FTE (actual salary: £11,307.90 - £11,888.13 pa)
Reception classroom:
Level 3 TA position: 32.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Salary: £23,893 - £25,119 per annum FTE (actual salary £18,375.33 - £19,318.21)
School experience is required, and a good level of spoken and written English is essential.
Location: Dunstall Park Primary School, Austen Drive, Tamworth B78 3BQ
