Teaching Assistant

Reed Education are working with a rich a dynamic school to find a fantastic and flexible Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible.

The school aims to provide their pupils with high quality, inspirational teaching. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant who can join their team to encourage confidence, resilience and resourceful members of the communities they are part of.

The Role

• Support students with individual needs across the school, both inside the classroom and around school.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff and parents with regards to the needs of the students and feedback on their lessons daily
• Take part in relevant CPD that supports students further
• Enthusiastic, committed and flexible to work as the schools requires.
• Committed to safeguarding and positive behaviour management.

Please note, this is a full time role, 5 days a week is ideal for the school. Please note the school requires you to have right to work in the UK and a DBS on the update service. Experience and/or qualifications relevant to childcare is desirable.
