SalaryMental Health Support TA needed ASAP.
We are currently seeking a member of support staff to engage with young people with Social and Emotional needs and a diagnosis of Mental Health needs, some which display behaviour that challenges.
The students and staff have good relationships and the role is extremely rewarding.
The ideal candidate will have a strong confident personality and a willingness to work with vunerable young people who have past trauma, difficult home lives, social and emotional difficulties and Mental Health difficulties.
The provision has a great team who are committed to ensuring the pupils get the most from their education. They provide a theraputic enviroment and a theraputic approach.
Patience, empathy and understanding are the traits which make a staff member suitable for our school.
This is a position to start ASAP
Full time: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday
Teaching Assistant, Mental Health, Childcare or Youth Worker experience is essential.
