• Qualifications: While a Level 2 to Level 3 qualification in Childcare is preferred, it is not essential, as we also value relevant experience and a commitment to professional development.
• Enhanced DBS: A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding for the welfare of the students.
• Right to Work: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
