Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans for students.
Offer guidance and encouragement to students in their academic pursuits.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students and teachers.
Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Must hold a Child Enhanced DBS check.
