Overview
Our client based in Fareham is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join the existing team. This is a busy role where you will be supporting a team of technical consultants and producing reports on MS Word. You will also have telephone contact with clients and will need to be happy to muck in and turn your hand to a variety of tasks. This is a full time role but they will consider 30 hours for the right person. This company offer hybrid working.
The role
This is a very busy and varied role where you will be working within a small team. You will be heavily involved in the operational side of the business and will be required to prepare technical reports and correspondence using MS Word. You will need to be organised and confident dealing with people at all levels as you will be speaking to clients on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player and be happy to muck in when necessary. You need to be confident using your initiative and happy to take responsibility for your work. Previous experience producing consultant reports is a distinct advantage but not essential. You will need to have excellent computer skills especially MS Word and be keen to learn. Fast accurate keyboard skills are also essential as is a logical approach to problem solving.
