Team AdministratorTeddington, SW London£25K to £27.5K (d.o.e)Full time Mon to Fri8am to 5pm (with early finish Fridays)38 hours per week basic22 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays)Annual company bonus schemeCMS is a, independent recruitment company, now based in the heart of Teddington, South West London.We have been established for over twenty years and specialise in placing contract and temporary workers into varied roles with our client companies in both the private and public sectors.We now seek a pro-active Team Administrator to assist and work alongside one of our busy Senior Recruiters.Main Duties will involve,

• Placing adverts for job vacancies and collating, managing and assessing responses
• Speaking to candidates / workers on the phone
• Speaking to clients on the phone
• Assisting with the recruitment and selection of temporary and contract workers for our client companies.
• Assisting with collation of workers hours/timesheets each week
• Assisting with the weekly worker payroll
• Requesting, recording and monitoring of workers documents
• Responsibility for documentation on all workers
• Maintain records with regards to pay/hours/ general worker data
• Attending regular audit meetings
• Providing data analysis
• Creating, storing and monitoring workers paperwork
• Obtaining & recording references
• General administrative duties
• Contributing to the aims and growth of the business
