Our client is a global Real Estate - Infrastructure organisation who are looking for a Team Administrator to join them at their London Heathrow base. Please note: This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
The role will be a busy, varied position. Your duties will include booking travel, arranging meetings, extensive admin for new starters i.e. reference & DBS checks, arranging inductions, onboarding and offboarding, organising events and data input.
You will have strong MS Office skills, namely Word/Excel/PowerPoint, be highly organised, have a good eye for details and proactive. We are looking for someone willing to go that extra mile.
The salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum.
This is a hybrid role. You will be based 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.
