My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world. They play a vital role in delivering gas and electricity to many millions of people across Great Britain and North-Eastern US in an efficient, reliable and safe manner.
Purpose:
To provide clerical and administrative support to the Property Team.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
* Data cleansing property records
* Supporting and assisting the Estate Surveyors
* Receiving, processing and accounting of property related payments
* Raising invoices for miscellaneous income
* Checking correctness of invoice payments and phasing
* Dealing with letting licences / small lettings of property
* Dealing with tenants and resolving problems
* Dealing with internal and external maintenance enquiries
* Clerical and administrative tasks as appropriate for the Property Team
* Arranging meeting and assisting with presentational materials
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including accountants and solicitors
