Team AdministratorRP0048Starting salary £26,237pa with potential progression to £28,076pa on achieving designated skills and experience 37 hours per week (hybrid working)At the heart of every team is a highly motivated and skilled administrator providing high quality support to the wider service. We are looking for Team Administrators to join our expanding Property Maintenance and Climate Change Team to help deliver the very best service to our customers. We would welcome applications for both full time and part hours.In this role you must have an eye for detail, have excellent customer service skills and be a confident and effective communicator. You will take responsibility for providing technical support within the team, collating and compiling data from a range of sources and personally dealing with queries and complaints from customers. You will be adept at switching priorities and delivering work to defined deadlines.It goes without saying that you must be an experienced administrator with experience of analysing data and dealing with customers. To be successful you will need an excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications and have exceptional time management skills.We are on a journey of transforming the way we deliver our services to our customers.
