Job Title:Team Assistant
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £25,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week

In this role you will support a high performing team of senior stakeholders and the wider team within the business. This role includes varied administrative and PA duties plus the chance to gain lots of experience within a global compan. Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Assisting Head of Department and SLT
- Supporting team projects and initiatives
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Writing reports, creating presentations, and organising meetings
- Managing email and diary, booking travel, and processing expenses
- Supporting on ad hoc project work
- Document management
About you:
- Team Assistant, PA, Administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- A strong team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
