Our Executive Search team appoints excellent candidates into Chief Executive and Director level roles and we’re looking for a new Team Assistant to join us, working closely and collaboratively with the Director and Head of Executive search to ensure the smooth running of the team. Using your outstanding administration skills, you will support the team by providing a comprehensive and efficient administration service to a team of consultants.? This includes scheduling meetings and interviews, ensuring good data management and advertising client roles. Critically you will act as one of the first points of contact for the team and will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service.?
You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of work as well as being able to adapt quickly to changing demands.?
Critical to your success will be your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and your genuine interest in the beyond profit sector.
