This successful and well established Interior Design and architects firm is looking for a Team Assistant to join the team. You will be based 5 days per week in stunning offices near London Bridge amongst a creative, collaborative and friendly team..
Key duties:
- General admin role including drafting letters and emails for directors
- Assisting with diary management for the wider team and principal director when EA is away
- Booking national and international travel arrangements and couriers for the wider team
- Assist with admin projects and event organisation
- Directors’ expenses – collated and passed to accounts
- Organising lunch/breakfasts/refreshments for meetings as required
- Assist office manager with general stock taking in the office, keeping both sites extremely tidy and organised
- Answer telephone & take messages, e-mailing messages immediately and accurately
- Purchasing IT hardware and software – maintaining the software library and licenses
- Coordination and communication with external IT company with direction from EA and office manager
- Assist with ad hoc runner requests from the management and admin team
We are looking for someone with 2+ years previous admin experience, with good MS Office skills and most importantly someone with an amazing work ethic. You will need to be confident, proactive a problem solver and calm under pressure and attention to detail is key.
