Job description
We are looking for a part-time Administrator and Marketing Assistant to support a small agency based in Central London. You will be supporting a small team and championing the marketing functions of a small start up. A strong passion for marketing is desired as well as 2-3 years in a business administration position.
Key duties:
- Supporting 2 Directors with day to day administration
- Proof reading
- Making sure all documentation is up to date
- Managing the marketing inbox
- Updating the website
- Using Adobe to create brochures
- Assisting with the branding development
- Assisting with conferences
Key attributes
- At least 2-3 years in a business support role
- Some experience with marketing
- A self-starter who can work autonomously without much hand holding
