Are you a Team Assistant / PA with a desire to learn and an eager to help approach?

Do you have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role from a professional/financial environment?

There is a genuine opportunity here to become a really important member of the team. 

This boutique investment bank has new headcount for a bright and motivated Assistant to  contribute to their continued success.

You will work alongside another Assistant and will be involved in various business functions including HR, finance and marketing.  This role is in-office 5 days a week.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Diary management, arranging meetings and travel
• Acting as point of contact for internal and external communications
• Responding to emails and redirecting as appropriate
• Organising daily team lunches
• Liaising with suppliers for office equipment
• Assisting with CRM system, keeping client information up to date
• Assisting in the planning of company and client events, team meetings and off-sites
• Dealing with supplier invoices and preparing expense reports
• Assisting HR with employee onboarding, office well-being and in-house training
• Working closely with other Assistants, sharing workload in times of high pressure

The skills you need to bring:

• 2-3 years’ as a Team Assistant / PA in a financial/professional environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, flexible and friendly approach
• Ability to use own initiative and prioritise
• Sense of humour
• A desire and ability to learn quickly
• Tech savvy – strong MS Office
