An established property development firm based in central London is looking for a Team Assistant to join the firm. This is a brand new role and will support the property management team in an admin capacity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Team Assistant role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:

• Updating and maintaining various databases
• Liaising with tenants to complete compliance, and deal with general queries
• Coordinating between property owners and contractors for access
• Taking ownership of the utility management for properties when tenants change, or become vacant.  
• Supporting the Office Manager and covering reception when required
• General admin support across the different teams in the London office.

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience working in property, ideally in a Team Assistant or admin capacity, be a confident communicator, able to multitask and be a proactive member of the team.
Essential requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a property environment
• Experience in a busy and varied admin or Team Assistant role.
• Educated to A levels or equivalent  
• Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
• Proactive nature
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems.

THE BENEFITS
This role will pay up to £40k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and other benefits.
